01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the oslots8 website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the oslots8 Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the oslots8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by oslots8 or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of oslots8, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

oslots8 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the oslots8 Platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one active account on oslots8. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. oslots8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• KYC Verification: oslots8 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oslots8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: oslots8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at oslots8's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 hours, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. oslots8 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawal Conditions: oslots8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

oslots8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• oslots8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oslots8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or oslots8 staff members.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to oslots8.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or in violation of any applicable law.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of oslots8.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oslots8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform.

oslots8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

oslots8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

oslots8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Inactivity on your account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms
